Danganronpa 3: Killing Harmony
★★★☆☆
Genre: Visual Novel, Killing Game, Puzzle
Only 3 stars for number 3, because in the end I just really didn't think it was as strong of a game as the first 2. The UI on this one really distacted me and I kinda hated it. I also hated the "false start" it had, which was really misleading. Only a handful of the characters really spoke to me (and the ones that did I really like, but still), the addition of new mascot characters KILLED ME I HATED THEM SO MUCH, and the ending really sucked. Honestly, I'm glad I played it to finish out the series, but I wish they had done something different. It's kinda bothersome.

Dishonored
★★★★★
Genre: Immersive FPS, Stealth, Dark
I had played this game years ago when I first met my husband and he was trying to convince me to get back into playing video games. I'd been depressed and too busy for a while, and he said this aesthetic of this game was right up my alley. I had never played a game like this before, and I fell in love! I started gaming again, and 8 years later... here we are! I decided to replay the game, so I could start the sequel. I just love this game so much, the storyline is fantastic, as are the characters, and the ART STYLE OH MY HEART. I love it. I suck at playing sneaky though, I always end up with high chaos.

Dishonored 2
★★★★☆
Genre: Immersive FPS, Stealth, Dark
While the graphics improved a lot between 1 and 2 (and there wasn't much to improve on, yet they still succeeded at it), I still only give this one 4 stars because I don't like the storyline as much as I liked the original. I did like that I got to play as Emily or Corvo (I chose Emily though, because I thought it would be cool to give her a chance at revenge). But I think Corvo was a little too soft in the game, and I think Emily was a bit too much of a psycho? Even when I did low-chaos (and somewhat succeeded at it) she still came across as too harsh. Something about it just didn't feel right. Oh! And how The Outsider seemed off too. I didn't like that either. I loved the setting though, and the new powers.

Jenny LeClue: DetectiveU
★★★★★
Genre: Side Scroller, Mystery, Visual Novel
I was expecting absolutely nothing from this game, as I bought it on sale on my Nintendo Switch back in 2021 just because it seemed "cute". I learned it started as a phone game, so that made my expectations of it even less. However, I was very surprised how it turned out. The gameplay is fun! The story is extremely intruiging, and I love the characters! Jenny is kind of a butthole, but she's also really young, so I guess she has room to grow (and I mean, what are characters without their flaws?). But the game ends on a cliff hanger, so the creator better make another one, or I'll be mad!!
